Early Sunday morning, approximately 1 a.m. broke into the back of a garage and stole a wheelchair that was specifically designed for a 9-year-old child who suffers from Cerebral Palsy. When the story about this got out, a local company in Cleveland offered to build two replacement wheelchairs.  Read more about this here, or check out the news story video below:
